✅ Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Health supplements once opened cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used bottles/tabs/packs.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotions (unless damaged).

  • Products without original packaging.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via your original payment method.

📦 Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for review.
